IDO COMMUNITY APPLAUDS HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT FOR NEW DEVELOPMENT IN FETHI

Olojudo-In-Council under the leadership of the monarch, The Olojudo of Ido-Ekiti, Oba (Captain) Iloro Faboro, has commended the new management of Federal Teaching Hospital, Ido-Ekiti (FETHI) over the recent infrastructural developments going on within the hospital environment and the newly procured state-of-the-art equipments which had obviously repositioned the hospital amidst equals.

Representatives of the community led by High Chief (Engineer) Jomo, who were received by the Chief Medical Director of the hospital, Dr Adekunle Ajayi in his office on Thursday, lauded the peaceful relationship that has been established and sustained so far between the management and the good people of the community.

“The last Ido day celebration was a success with the support given to the community by this institution through the provision of necessary medical materials needed for the programme. One of the purposes of a teaching hospital is to provide specialised care. We are happy that FETHI has proved to the world that quality healthcare delivery to all is a MUST,” he said.

Earlier, the CMD explained that no institution can develop in the absence of harmony. He said for a hospital to be well established and meet up with international standard, peace is not only imperative but remains an integral factor that encourages development.

Dr Ajayi thanked the community for the support his administration has enjoyed so far and promised to maintain the status quo with the host community.
