The program commenced immediately the outreach team arrived at the palace of Olosan (outreach venue).

Prior consultation with the Doctor, a matron (Mrs. Adeniyi) from the Community Health Department introduced the team to the participants and counselled them on healthy lifestyle. She sensitized the attendees on ways of practising healthy lifestyles, some of which include;
i. Being conscious of the types of food consumed.
ii. Reducing the level of salt and maggi intake.
iii. Increasing consumption of locust beans, prawns, crayfish and the likes.
iv. Eating dinner/supper on or before 6pm in order to avert indigestion.
v. Avoiding self medication.
Furthermore, she sensitized the community on proper environmental sanitation.

Covid-19 protocols were duly observed during the program.
In attendance were 28 patients. Dr. Ilesanmi and other medical team were on ground for the outreach program.
