The management of Federal Teaching Hospital Ido-Ekiti (FETHI) in consonance with the SERVICOM unit of the hospital, had rolled out new specialist clinic charts to acquaint both the customers of the hospital and visitors the necessary information needed about all the available specialist services rendered in the hospital.
The charts, which had been strategically positioned to keep ambiguity and skepticism at arm’s length, caught the attention of the 4-man ministerial SERVICOM Committee who visited the hospital recently.
Playing host to the visitors in his office on Wednesday, the Chief Medical Director, Prof Adekunle Ajayi, on behalf of the Board and Management of the hospital, welcomed the team to one of the fastest growing tertiary health institutions in Nigeria, as he narrated the historical transformation phases the hospital had witnessed since inception in 1954.
