The Federal Ministry of Health, Abuja organized a colourful and befitting send-forth in honour of the Honorable Minister of Health, Professor Christian Onyebuchi Chukwu on Sunday 19th October, 2014 at the prestigious Sheraton Hotel, Abuja.
This historical ceremony was graced by current and former ministers, politicians, academics, public/civil servants, policymakers and traditional rulers to mention but a few.
A number of participants that spoke at the event extolled the sterling qualities and contributions of the celebrant to public service and nation building. The celebrant’s professional involvement in the containment of the dreaded Ebola Virus was applauded by participants who overwhelmingly wished him success in his gubernatorial aspiration in Ebonyi State.
The centre was represented by the Head of Administration, High Chief B. O. Ogunrinde and the Deputy Head of Clinical Services (General Duties),High Chief Dr Elegbede.
