The West African College of physicians visited Federal Teaching Hospital Ido-Ekiti for re-accrediation of Internal Medicine Department on the 12th of October, 2017. The 3-man team comprising of Dr. J.O Ohaju-Obodo form DELSUTH, Dr. M.R Akpa form UPTH Portharcourt and Dr. C.E Omuemu form UBTH Benin who were received by the Acting CMD, Dr. Raymond Okere commended the effort of the maangement in improving and maintaing the quality of Medicare in the department of Internal Medicine.
The team went round to examine the department’s state of the art medicare equipments and affirmed that both manpower and facilities on ground meets up with recent standard practice.
