The department of Family Medicine, Federal Teaching Hospital, Ido-Ekiti (FETHI), while holding its 1st departmental meeting in 2020 and celebrating the new year, had donated four 3-in-1 iron chairs to the hospital.

The Chairman, Medical Advisory Committee (CMAC), Dr Idowu Adebara, who received the gifts on behalf of the management, lauded the noted existing unison among the members of the department which he said had aided avalanche of achievements therein and urged other departments to emulate.

He also expressed the appreciation of the Chief Medical Director, Prof. Adekunle Ajayi, for the degree of love and support the department had given his led administration and will still give.

He thanked the department for the two hampers presented to him and the CMD by Dr Elegbede, promising that the management shall continue to look in the direction of the department for improvement.

The Head of the Department, Dr Gabriel, thanked the members of his department for giving him an enabling and peaceful rostrum to lead, adding that the relationship established with the management of the hospital shall continue to be cordial.
